What is your cancellation/refund policy for Kids Parties?

• When booking a kids party, payment is due in full. Your reservation books instructor and studio time, and reserves this time for your group, preventing others from booking this time.

• A party may be rescheduled with no additional fee once (1 time) with minimum 7-day notice (subject to availability).

• A party rescheduled with less than 7-day notice (subject to availability) will be subject to a $30 administration fee as well as instructor fees.
