New to 3Sixty Aerial Arts?
Does your child love to climb and spin, live upside-down or dream of running away to star in Cirque du Soleil? Welcome Ottawa, to 3Sixty’s Aerial Circus! 3Sixty aims to empower our students to try new things and reach for the sky with determination, bravery and safety at heart. We believe that circus is for everyone and every body is welcome to join our inclusive community where we will do our utmost to help you feel confident.
These classes are designed to introduce your child or teen to the world of aerial arts! We will work on the silks, hoop, hammock and trapeze apparatuses, as well as floor acrobatics. With a focus on FUN, safety and technique including balancing, limbering and tumbling, based on flexibility, contortion, and strength. Come and experience the circus for yourself!
Designed for all levels, 3Sixty’s low ratio classes will provide each student the progressions and motivation to develop at their individual skill level.

Little Ones
3Sixty’s Little Ones programs are parent-accompanied classes intended for children ages 6 weeks to Kinder.
Parent and Babe (Pre-K)
Are you home with your little one(s) all day? Do you want to exercise but can’t quite find time for yourself? You’ll love our Parent and Babe class! We welcome mommy, daddy, or other guardian to join us with their little one.
This drop-in is everything you need – equal parts conditioning for postpartum bodies, aerial instruction and social hour. This time is yours, whether exercising, hanging upsidedown, nursing/feeding, playing or napping. Our instructor is there to provide instruction, distraction to a busy tot, or helping hands to hold your babe while you get some air time.
Mommies should be at least 6 weeks post-partum and have received their doctors’ permission to resume exercise. Little ones ages 6 weeks to 4 years welcome.

Does your child love to climb, spin and hang? Are you looking for a catch to explore and play together? This 45 min class lets out their energy as they are introduced to the exciting world of circus! Join us as we explore silks, hoop, hammock and trapeze apparatuses, as well as movement exploration, sensory play with circus props and toys and partner balances for you and your child together. This class focuses on FUN, play-based learning with you and your child in a safety-focused environment.
Tiny Tots are required to be accompanied by one adult per child. It is not required that the same adult attend each week, but there must be an adult present and actively participating.

This intermediate class is designed to continue to develop your child’s skill set on a variety of aerial arts! We will learn more challenging skills on aerial silks, hoop, hammock and trapeze apparatuses, as well as floor acrobatics. This level will add sequencing and drops to their bag of tricks!
Classes will provide each student the progressions and motivation to develop at their individual skill level. Students should generally expect to remain in Level 2 for 1-2 years before graduating to Level 3.

3Sixty’s competitive aerials program provides students with the opportunity to develop and train their own competition piece under the direct guidance of an experienced competitive coach. Performance and competition opportunities are available, both virtual and in-person, in the aerial discipline(s) of their choice.
Invitations will be issued to students enrolled in Levels 2 or 3 only. Participation in competitive programming requires an additional commitment both student and their family. Interested families should email for more information.

This beginner-friendly class is designed to teach your teen a variety of skills in pole dance & fitness! We will start with spins, holds and inverts, progressing to more spectacular skills based in strength, flexibility and dynamic combinations.
