Participants must follow instructor directions and facility safety rules. Participants who are unable to respect the safety of themselves, the group, their instructor or in general, may be asked to sit out or alternative programming may be offered if available.

Our instructors are trained in spotting technique to safely guide students through instructional skills. By participating in 3Sixty programs, the guardian and minor consent to spotting. What are the etiquette Golden Rules when I attend open studio?2024-07-30T14:49:05-04:00

• Be on time – Instructors are teaching a class, and admins may be away from the desk. Their time to help you set up equipment is in between classes. If you choose to arrive late, you are choosing to use the space as set up.

• Ask for Help – The ladder and rigging systems can only be used by staff. Please kindly ask your admin or an instructor between classes for assistance with rigging.

• Be considerate and share the space – Aerialists may need to share rigging points. Be considerate and communicate with your neighbours about what space they need.

• Be respectful of other students – Use headphones, take turns with the stereo, share the space, and make sure everyone can get the most out of the their time.

• Remember photo and video policies – This is a great time to capture photos and videos to share! However, please be understanding that some classmates may not be comfortable with their image being shared publicly.

• Clean up after yourself – Please return equipment used, including braiding silks and hanging them up.

• This time is for practicenot for teaching – We encourage you to work on things you have already learned in class, at your current level. This is not the time to instruct others. Please contact us to rent the studio if you wish to run a class, or book a private lesson.

What does Adult class booking entail?2024-07-30T11:34:53-04:00

Registration for adult classes is through our sister studio, 3Sixty Dance & Fitness to provide adults access to classes at all 3Sixty locations.

Please visit the 3Sixty Dance & Fitness website for full details on programs, pricing, FAQs, and more.

Classes are limited to a certain number of participants based on the class type and room. For that reason, all class reservations must be booked through our app or online (through WellnessLiving).

The booking window for our classes is 14 days. This means that booking for a class is only available within that window. For example, at noon on January 1st booking is open until noon on January 15th.

• Classes may be booked at first glance, but we highly encourage students to check the schedule regularly and be sure to join class wait-lists, as students move off the wait-lists quite regularly.

• 3Sixty operates on Fall-Winter and Summer Schedules. Our Schedule Policy is such that it will remain consistent from September-June and June-August. We hope this policy will allow you to plan ahead and rely on 3Sixty to have consistent classes throughout your membership! Any changes made during these periods will only be considered based on significant demand and clear communication with all members.

What else should I know about my party/private lesson?2024-07-30T11:45:20-04:00

We want you to have a wonderful, positive experience so please show up for your appointment on time. We often have several back-to-back bookings. Please know that each booking has a designated time slot and once that time is up, you will need to leave the studio.

If you arrive late to your booking, you will be missing out on your time. We are unable to delay or add time to your booking. Allow plenty of time to commute and park so you get the most out of your time. Calling to let us know you are running late does not change this policy.

Pictures are permitted and encouraged. Remember to tag us!

What if I think I’m ready for the next level?2024-07-30T23:10:16-04:00

If you think you are ready to move up a level please consult with your instructor. We require an instructor recommendation for all level changes.

Progress reports are offered at the end of each session in the Family Programs. These will help guide each student on their skills achieved and next progressions.

Keep in mind that you are always welcome to continue attending classes of lower levels than you are training. For instance, if you move up to an intermediate level to challenge yourself, you can still attend beginner level classes to perfect those moves on both sides!

What if I’m still nervous?2024-07-27T23:00:55-04:00

At 3Sixty we strongly advocate a supportive, inclusive, positive and non-competitive environment. Our instructors and students create a tight-knit community where all ages, shapes, sizes, gender, orientation and fitness levels feel welcome.

If you are feeling shy, you can always contact us or your instructor and we will do our best to aid you one-on-one.

• In the event that you would prefer to attend classes privately, please contact us regarding private lessons.

What is dress up week?2024-07-30T10:58:48-04:00

“Dress Up” weeks are scheduled throughout the year and offer a unique opportunity to have fun with holidays such as Halloween or Christmas. Please attend dressed with the safety of your apparatus in mind.

• Participation is optional; students can always attend classes in their regular fitness attire. These events are all in fun and meant to inspire community within our studio family.

What should I expect when I attend a class?2024-07-30T11:05:56-04:00

All instructor-led classes start with a warm-up specifically designed to condition your body, followed by moves/tricks/transitions/routines as per the course material, finishing with a stretching routine.

The warm-ups and exercises in each class/level are designed to build your strength and flexibility to attain the moves you are so eager to learn.

Late arrivals may not be permitted. Students arriving after the warm-up is underway may be asked to warm up separately on the side. This is both for your safety and to minimize disruption to the other participants.

While first attempting any climbing or inversions, an instructor must be present to spot you.

Be respectful and courteous to your instructor. They are a trained professional in their field of dance/fitness. Remember that you are sharing the instructor and the class with other students. Do not monopolize the instructor’s time. They will make their rounds and visit/troubleshoot everyone.

If you are attending an instructor led class you must follow the course material for that class. A beginner class is not the time to practice your intermediate/advanced moves.

While we appreciate sharing tips and tricks that work for different bodies, please do not attempt to instruct or spot your fellow students in current or new movements. Our instructors are trained professionals in their form of dance/fitness, and it is for everyone’s safety that this rule is respected.

Classes are back-to-back. Please use the final five minutes of the hour to gather your belongings and allow a smooth transition to the next class.
