What is your cancellation/refund policy for Camps?

• When booking a camp, a student is committing to attend for that specific camp week.

• We reserve the right to cancel a class/session due to insufficient registrations, weather, emergency, or other rare circumstances.

• Cancellation by 3Sixty: Camp cancelled by 3Sixty will be credited back to your account or a transfer will be offered.

• Medical Exemption: Credits/Refunds may be granted for medical reasons; however, a medical note must be provided.

• Transfer: Transfer to another scheduled camp within the same calendar season is permitted only with 14 days notice as long as there is available space in the alternate camp. If same-season camps are full, transfers are not possible.

• Withdrawal Deadline: Full refund minus administration fee of $50 is permitted only if a registration is withdrawn 14 days before the start of the camp. After this time, no refund will be granted.

• Absences: We are unable to refund or credit for missed days due to illness, injury or other reasons.

• 3Sixty reserves the right to terminate a student in its sole discretion. Within 5 business days upon such termination, 3Sixty shall repay any unused fees on a pro rata basis. Further, 3Sixty may also terminate a student in its sole discretion without the need to repay any unused fees, if due to a violation of Studio Policies.
