• Wear form-fitting fitness attire, avoid loose or baggy clothing which can get caught in the apparatus or present a spotting hazard. NO crop tops.
• We recommend a unitard and t-shirt OR a leotard/biketard and leggings and t-shirt.
• Wear leggings to cover the knees, long tops which cover the armpits/underarm, and secure tops to cover the midriff. No zippers, metal, or objects which can tear the fabric.
• Long hair tied back.
• Leave all jewelry, rings, watches, etc. at home. These items can gouge your skin as well as cause damage to our equipment and the item itself.
• Avoid hand and body oils/lotions on the day of class as they can affect your grip.
• Bring your own water bottle.
• Bring your own grip aids.
• Leave devices and valuables at home.
• Store your belongings (coats, bags, etc.) in the cubbies to keep studios free of clutter.
