At 3Sixty we are safety-focused. All participants and guardians must respect the inherent risks associated with aerials and training at height.

If you have any injuries (past or current), concerns or contraindications, talk to the instructor before class. This way, the instructor can recommend variations or alternatives to allow you to reap the benefits without unnecessary strain. Speak up if something doesn’t feel right.

Participants must follow instructor directions and facility safety rules. Participants who are unable to respect the safety of themselves, the group, their instructor or in general, may be asked to sit out or alternative programming may be offered if available.

Our instructors are trained in spotting technique to safely guide students through instructional skills. By participating in 3Sixty programs, the guardian and minor consent to spotting. Please note that if an individual is uncomfortable with hands-on spotting and declines a spot, the instructor may decline to offer specific skills for which a spot is deemed required for safety purposes. Alternative skills or regressions may be offered.
